Clarity Procurement secures another Social Housing Procurement Contract

We are thrilled to announce our latest success within the Social Housing Sector. We have been appointed by New Charter Group to undertake an in-depth review of the Group’s current procurement function, and to develop and implement a Group procurement approach to ensure best practice and value money is maintained.

New Charter Group is a social landlord owning 19,500 homes. The Group has a turnover of approximately £100 million and a workforce of around 850 people. The Group includes housing providers  New Charter Homes, based in the Greater Manchester area, Gedling Homes in Nottingham and Aksa Homes in Oldham.
