# Clarity Procurement secures another Social Housing Procurement Contract

### We are thrilled to announce our latest success within the Social Housing Sector. We have been appointed by New Charter Group to undertake an in-depth review of the Group’s current procurement function, and to develop and implement a Group procurement approach to ensure best practice and value money is maintained.

New Charter Group is a social landlord owning 19,500 homes. The Group has a turnover of approximately £100 million and a workforce of around 850 people. The Group includes housing providers  [New Charter Homes](http://www.newcharterhomes.co.uk/residents-and-customers), based in the Greater Manchester area, [Gedling Homes](http://www.gedlinghomes.co.uk/residents-and-customers) in Nottingham and [Aksa Homes](http://www.aksahomes.co.uk/residents-and-customers) in Oldham.

**Commenting on the decision to appoint Clarity Procurement, Executive Director of Finance for New Charter Group, Craig Garner, said:**
