Typically, you can expect to see a cost reduction proposal within 4 weeks 

Yes. The service doesn’t cost you a penny, even if we don’t achieve a cost reduction (which is very rare). We receive referral income from out supply chain partners. This comes out of their margin, not your cost savings 

The golden question. Typically, we achieve savings of between 10% and 15%, although savings in excess of 30% are not uncommon
